Went out and bought a new pan so had to go and cook something. Decided on making a big old batch of spaghetti.
Browning up some meat, started with a one pound of ground beef and some italian sausage.
Added the tomato paste and the spaghetti mix and a whole bunch of other herbs and seasoning.
All mixed, time to start the simmering.
All simmered down and ready for eating, or in this case for bottling up for storage later. Not so much as a spaghetti sauce as more of a red sauce now.
